Enterprise: Overview

The Enterprise plan is for institutions that buy software through a formal procurement process: universities, school districts, professional associations, public bodies and larger organizations. It gives you every Gaggle Mail feature across unlimited groups, plus the paperwork your procurement and security teams ask for.

What's included

• Unlimited groups – one subscription covers every group in your Organization, including any you add later. You pay for distinct people, so someone in several of your groups only counts once
• Every feature – everything in Premium, including your own branding, hosted domain, open rate tracking and API access
• Single Sign-On (SSO) – members sign in with your institution's existing accounts via OpenID Connect
• Assisted migration – we move you over from any platform (LISTSERV, Google Groups, Mailman, Groups.io or anything else), including members and message archives, free of charge
• Invoice and purchase-order billing – net-30 terms as standard
• Compliance pack – SOC 2 Type 1 report, Data Processing Agreement, W-8BEN-E form and completed security questionnaires

Procurement paperwork

Gaggle Mail is operated by Seven Forty Six Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. For vendor onboarding we can provide:

• Quote or invoice – generated instantly from your billing page. Enter the number of members and an optional PO number, and your quote or invoice is ready in seconds. Invoices are net-30
• W-8BEN-E – the form a UK company provides in place of a W-9
• SOC 2 Type 1 report, sub-processor list and policies – available from our Trust Center
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – our standard DPA is at gaggle.email/dpa and is incorporated into our terms
• Security questionnaires – send us your questionnaire and we'll complete it by email

How billing works

Enterprise is billed annually, in advance, from $349 per month ($4,188 per year). Pricing is per member across all your groups – see the pricing page for current rates.

You can pay by card on your billing page, or request an invoice from the same page and pay by bank transfer or card within 30 days.

• If your member count grows during the year, your subscription is adjusted pro rata
• Our refund policy for annual plans applies: unused months are refunded, no questions asked

How to get started

1. Create your first group – every new group starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required
2. Add further groups and link them to an Organization
3. Email us if you'd like help with migration, SSO setup, or any of the paperwork above
4. When procurement is complete, start your subscription on your billing page, by card or by requesting an invoice

Your trial runs while procurement is in progress, so your groups are ready to go as soon as the paperwork is done.
