Whether you're just looking to try things out or don't want to pay, we're delighted to offer a free forever plan on Gaggle Mail.

How do I opt into the free plan?

When you start a new group, it always starts on the Professional plan with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the 14 days, you will need to either start a paid subscription or choose to switch to the free plan.

To opt into the free plan, head to your Billing page (https://gaggle.email/manage/billing), then choose the Free Plan and click the blue Confirm Free Plan button.

How can you afford to allow free groups?

Let's get one thing straight. We will never show you ads and we will absolutely never sell your data.

For us, our free plan serves one purpose and one purpose only. It's a way for us to spread the word about Gaggle Mail. When you use your group, you naturally invite people into it, and this is enough to warrant us having a free plan.

To this end, all groups on the free plan include a Gaggle Mail logo in the footer of group messages.

What are the restrictions on the free plan?

On the free plan, you can have up to 1,000 members and send as many messages as you like. Your group will function like any other email group.

Most customisation features are disabled on the free plan and there is a Gaggle Mail logo in the footer of group messages (mentioned above).
