Trial expired: What happens next

If you haven't started a subscription when your trial ends:

  • Sending is disabled – your group can no longer send messages, and it appears under 'Not covered by a subscription' on your Billing page
  • Nothing is lost – every member and the full message archive stay intact. You can still view your group, export messages, and view sent messages
  • If you do nothing, after 60 days the group is deleted permanently

To reactivate your group, just pick a plan on your Billing page (or switch to the free plan) within 60 days – sending is back within a minute
