Billing for multiple groups: How it works

There are two ways billing can work when you have multiple groups: a separate subscription per group, or one Unlimited Groups subscription for your Organization.

A separate subscription per group

Each group is billed on its own, with a 100-member minimum per group.

If a person is in multiple groups, you pay for each group they're in.

You can pick different plans for each group, or drop groups individually. Subscriptions paid by the same person are combined into a single invoice, so there's just one payment.

One Unlimited Groups subscription

A single subscription covers all the groups in your Organization – including any groups you add later.

You pay for distinct people, not memberships. If someone is a member of several of your groups, they only count once.

Got several groups with the same members in some or all of them? Unlimited Groups usually costs less – your billing page compares both options and highlights the best value for your groups
