Billing overview
Like everything on Gaggle Mail, we try to keep pricing as simple as possible.
How group pricing works
Group pricing is based on how many members in a group.
The number of messages doesn't affect pricing – there's no limit to how many messages your group can send and receive.
Your billing page
At the top of your billing page you'll see, at a glance:
- What you pay in total across all your groups
- Your next charge and when it's due – nothing is ever charged unless you've started a subscription
- Coverage – how many of your groups are covered by a subscription
Pricing for multiple groups
If you've got multiple groups, you can either:
- Start one Unlimited Groups subscription for your Organization. This covers all your groups – including any you add later – and you pay for distinct people, not memberships: anyone who's in several of your groups only counts once
- Pay for each group separately (each group has a 100-member minimum, so if your groups share members, Unlimited Groups usually costs less)
Your billing page compares both options for your groups and highlights the best value.
