Who can view the message archive?

By default, only administrators and moderators of your group can see the message archive. However you can also allow members of your group to access the archive also, this is enabled via your group settings.

Once enabled, members can access the Message Archive by going to their Member Settings page (by following the My Settings link in the footer of any message sent via the group).

Even though members can access their Member Settings without logging in they will be required to create an account (if they don’t have one already) and log in to see the message archive.
