You can resend welcome emails and group emails to Members.

Go the group and click Members:
Click the three dots (ยทยทยท) next to the Member's name, click Details and click Send welcome email:
How to resend group emails
Go the group and click Messages:
Click the three dots next to the message, click Resend message, and then select who should receive the email:
