Member pages: Public access and security

Every Member of a group has their own Membership page, where they can update delivery preferences and personal details.

They can view this by clicking the link in the footer of every message sent to the group:

Access to membership pages

Membership pages can only be viewed by someone who has the page URL. Without logging in, someone can:

• Update their name
• Update their delivery preference

Once logged in, you can:

• Update your email address
• Add an email alias
• Add an email signature

Unsubscribing

If you're logged in, you can unsubscribe immediately by clicking the unsubscribe button. However, if you're not logged in, we will send an email to the subscribed address for confirmation.
