How to transfer group administration

Want to stop Administrating a group and let someone else take over?

Invite them as an Administrator and then remove yourself.

If you're the only Administrator, you can remove yourself after the new Administrator accepts the invite

How to make a non-Member an Administrator

  1. Login and go to the group where you want to remove yourself
  2. Click Settings and under Administrators, add the new Administrator's email address and click Invite:

  3. Click Remove next to your name or the person who is no longer an Administrator (if there's only one Administrator, wait until the new person accepts the invite):


How to make a Member an Administrator

  1. Login and go to the group where you want to remove yourself
  2. Click Members:

  3. Click the Member's name who will be an Administrator
  4. In the Member sidebar under Roles, tick the box next to Administrator:


  1. Click Settings and under Administrators, click Remove next to the person who is no longer an Administrator:
