How to edit member roles

You can change member roles between:

  • Administrator
  • Sender
  • Not an Administrator, not a Sender


  1. Go to My Groups and click the group where you want to make changes:

  2. Click Members in the sidebar and click the member's name. A sidebar appears:

    4. Tick a box under Roles to select or de-select a role for the member:

    - Sender allows members to send messages to the group

    - Administrator gives the members full Administrator rights
