What is moderation and how to activate it

Moderation allows Administrators and Moderators to decide whether a message can be sent to the group. This involves viewing the message, and selecting whether to approve or reject.  They can also choose to edit the message before approving it.

How to activate moderation

  1. Make sure Message Archive is activated
  2. Login and click the group to be moderated, then click Moderation:

  3. Click the toggle to activate moderation:

  4. Now when messages are sent by a valid sender, Administrators and Moderators receive an email. They can then view the message and click whether to Approve, Reject or Edit the message:
