What is moderation and how to activate it

Moderation allows Administrators and Moderators to decide whether a message can arrive in the group. This involves viewing the message, and selecting whether to approve or reject.

How to activate moderation

  1. Make sure Message Archive is activated
  2. Login and click the group to be moderated, then click Moderation:

  3. Click the toggle to activate moderation:

  4. Now when messages are sent by a valid sender, Administrators and Moderators receive an email. They can then view the message and click whether to Approve or Reject:

  5. Select Reject and you can reply explaining why:


  1. You can also choose which Members have their messages moderated
