Who are replies sent to
Who receives the reply from a message sent over Gaggle Mail depends on two things.
1. The “Replies are sent to:” option in group settings.
2. Whether the recipient selects “Reply” or “Reply To All” from their email client.
Below you can see how these options affect where replies go.

As you can see, if a group is set to “Replies are sent to: The Whole Group” then regardless whether the user selects “Reply” or “Reply To All” then the response will always go to everyone in the group.
