How to allow or prevent Members viewing the Message Archive

By default, Administrators and Members can view a group's Message Archive.

To change viewing permissions:

  1. Go to the group settings

  2. Scroll to Member Access and select either Administrators only or Members and Administrators (here's how Members can view the Message Archive):
