Incognito mode: How it works

Email addresses are always kept under the strictest privacy on Gaggle Mail and are never shared with anyone

Incognito mode allows you to hide member email addresses from other members. Member names stay visible, so anyone wanting to stay anonymous should use an alias.

By default, names and email addresses appear in messages sent to groups. To change this:

1. Login, go to My Groups and click the group where you want to activate Incognito mode:

   

2. Click Settings:

   

3. Scroll to Customise and click the Incognito mode toggle to turn on/off:

   

Prefer to deactivate Incognito mode but your users still want to be anonymous? If they have a member account, they can use an alias email address.
