How to add an email signature to messages
You have two ways to include email signatures with your messages.
Option 1: Using your email client
Include a signature when sending messages from your usual email client (Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird etc)
Option 2: Using your membership preferences page
- Open your Membership preferences page for the group where you want to add a signature to messages
Scroll to the Signature section and click the toggle to turn on signatures:
- You can either create a signature using the Gaggle Mail editor, or paste in a signature from elsewhere
