Why is my invoice so long?

Sometimes you may find your invoice is very long, there are usually lots of "Unused Time" and "Remaining Time" lines.  These refer to when your subscription has changed size, when new members are added and the subscription was increased.  

"Unused Time" is a refund with your previous subscription quantity and "Remaining Time" is a charge for the remainer of your subscription period with the increased quantity.

When a subscription increases, we don't take payment straight away instead we wait until the next billing period and add it to that invoice.  This is explained in more detailed here Changing your group size.  

Because of this, if your group has grown during the previous billing period you will see an increase in your charge.  This will be made up of charges from the previous period (where the subscription has increased) and the charge for the upcoming period.
