How to prevent duplicate messages

You can make sure Members only receive one copy of a message, even if they're in multiple groups that receive the same message.

  1. Login and click the group

  2. Go to Settings:

  3. Scroll to Delivery Settings and click the Prevent Duplicate messages toggle:
