Prevent Duplicate Messages

This option makes sure people only receive one copy of a message even if the message is sent to multiple groups which they are a member of.

For example, if you send a message to "Group A" and "Group B" and some people are members of both groups, then with this option enabled we will ensure people only receive one copy of the message even if they're in both groups.
