How can I add an administrator to this account?

To make someone an administrator of a group, head to the Settings page for the group, scroll down to the Administrators section where you can add someone new.

Alternatively, if they're already a member of the groups you can go to your Members page, click on the person, then of the right hand panel there's a checkbox to make them an administrator.
