Additional Sender List

This feature is currently in BETA. Please contact help@gaggle.email if you would like access it.

There are many ways to choose who can send to your group. Options exist to configure which members within your group can send to it. However, there are times when you want to allow people outside of your group to send to it.

There is an option to allow "Anyone" to send to a group, but when you need more granularity, there is the Additional Sender List.

The additional senders list allows you to add the email addresses of people who are not members of your group to be allowed to send to it. As well as specifying individual email addresses, you can also specify wildcard email addresses to allow anyone from a particular domain. For example, adding *@my-corp.com would allow anyone with a @my-corp.com email address to send to the group.

Message flow for non-members

Only group members receive messages sent to a group; therefore, additional senders do not receive group messages. However, whenever an additional sender starts a new thread, we ensure they do receive all subsequent messages in a thread.
