Delivery Kit

For many types of delivery problem getting your group address pre-approved by difficult to reach members is the most effective option. Put simply, pre-approval just means having your group address added to their email contacts.

To help with this we’ve developed a Delivery Kit, this is basically an email describing how to add your group address to someone’s contacts for many different types of email systems and address books.

To send the Delivery Kit to someone who’s having trouble receiving messages just go to the Delivery Settings section of your group Settings page and enter their email address.
